These Terms of Service govern the use of the hayuapp.com website and Hayu Apps applications (together, the “Services”). By signing up for or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
About the Services
Hayu Apps provides cloud-based applications (Software as a Service) to support the operational and business needs of small and medium businesses. Each app may have its own features, additional terms, and separate accounts. We may add, change, or discontinue certain features to improve the Services.
User accounts
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account.
- Contact us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You can request deletion of your account at any time through the Delete Account page.
Prohibited use
When using the Services, you must not:
- use the Services for activities that break the law or harm others;
- access or attempt to access systems and data that do not belong to you;
- disrupt, overload, or damage the infrastructure of the Services;
- copy, modify, or reverse engineer Hayu Apps software;
- resell or rent out the Services without our written permission.
User data and content
The business data you enter into the Services remains yours. You grant us permission to store and process that data to the extent needed to run the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

Fees and payment
Some Services may be subject to fees. Pricing, billing periods, and payment methods will be shown in each app before you subscribe. The payment terms that apply are those stated at the time of the transaction.
Service availability
We strive to keep the Services accessible at all times. However, the Services may experience disruptions or be temporarily unavailable, for example due to maintenance, system updates, or events beyond our control. We recommend backing up important data regularly.
Intellectual property rights
All Hayu Apps brands, logos, designs, and software belong to Hayu Apps and are protected by applicable law. Using the Services does not give you any ownership rights over that intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hayu Apps is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of profits or data caused by user negligence.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms of Service are violated or if required by law.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably through mutual deliberation.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
